A work uniform program is not a pile of separate garments. This page is the hub of our uniform program: it explains how sets are composed here, and links to every garment category that makes up a set.
How a set is composed
A standard program combines two or three of the following, all specified together:
- Work shirts — long- and short-sleeve, 100–200 GSM, the visible face of the uniform.
- Work pants — flat-front and multi-pocket cuts in 190–250 GSM twills, the highest-wear item in the set.
- Cargo work pants — bellows-pocket versions for maintenance, logistics and field crews.
- Work jackets — 260 GSM TC shells for the cold half of the year, specified to the same colour as the summer set.
- Coveralls — one-piece cover for workshops, plants and cleaning crews.
- Work shorts and work polos — warm-weather and lighter-duty alternatives that keep the same branding.
Because the garments share one fabric library, a distributor can sell the set as a program and a company can issue it as a standard — instead of re-sourcing every garment separately.
Fabric pairing rules we work to
Shirts and pants in a set are rarely the same fabric, and they should not be. We pair a lighter shirt cloth (TC 65/35 or CVC at the lighter end) with a heavier trouser twill (TC 80/20 at 190 or 235 GSM, or the 250 GSM stretch twill) and check the two dye lots against one colour standard under the same light. The reasoning, and the wear data behind it, is covered in the workwear fabric guide and in our breakdown of cargo work pants features.
Branding across the set
One logo standard applies to every garment: embroidery position and size are fixed per garment type, so a chest logo sits in the same place on the shirt, the polo and the jacket. Read the embroidery vs printing comparison before choosing — on high-wash industrial programs the wrong method is an expensive mistake. Custom specification work is handled on the custom workwear page; company-wide identity rollouts on corporate workwear.
Program economics
Uniform programs are won on total cost per wearer per year, not on the first invoice. Our work uniform program cost guide breaks down how fabric, construction, logo method and quantity tiers move the number, so procurement teams can defend a specification to finance. Sizing is the other silent cost — the workwear sizing guide explains size runs, tall and plus options and how to collect crew measurements without a fitting tour.
Minimums are confirmed per style at quotation, samples take 7 days, and production runs 35 days in China or 90–120 days in Myanmar for bulk. If you are replacing an incumbent supplier, send the current spec sheet — talk to the workwear team and we will quote the set garment by garment.

Questions buyers ask
Can shirts and pants be different fabrics in one set?
Yes — that is the normal build. A lighter shirt fabric is paired with a heavier trouser twill, and both are checked against one colour standard before cutting.
What does a uniform program cost per wearer?
It depends on set composition, fabric weight and logo method. The cost guide on our blog breaks the calculation down; for a firm number, send quantities per garment for a tiered quote.
