Custom workwear is the full-range version of what the custom work shirts page does for one garment: a buyer-defined specification — fabric, colour, construction details, branding and packaging — applied consistently across shirts, trousers, jackets and coveralls, and held on record for reorders.
What "custom" actually covers
- Fabric — choose from the TC 80/20, TC 65/35, CVC, Cool Cotton and stretch library, or nominate a weight and composition for development (the fabric guide is the honest starting point).
- Colour — dyed to swatch or Pantone reference; one standard locked across every garment in the program.
- Branding — embroidery, print and heat transfer under one logo standard; branded workwear is where this market rewards a factory: most catalogue sellers cannot hold a buyer's identity consistently across a full set.
- Construction — pocket layouts, reinforcement, closures, reflective tape placement where specified, multicolour panelling.
- Size chart & packaging — your grading, your labels, your cartons.
Who buys custom
Distributors building a house brand, contractors issuing one identity across subcontractors, and companies replacing a patchwork of local suppliers with one factory record. Company-wide programs with phased rollouts are handled on corporate workwear; single-garment depth starts with custom work shirts.
Process and terms
Specification → quotation (valid 30 days) → samples in 7 days → bulk production 35 days in China or 90–120 days in Myanmar → AQL 2.5/4.0 outgoing inspection, third-party inspection accepted. Minimums are confirmed per style at quotation stage. The factory behind the program is profiled on the workwear manufacturer page. Send your specification for a structured quote.
The specification worksheet: what to send
A custom quotation is only as good as the specification behind it. The fastest inquiries we receive contain: garment list with target fabrics or GSM (or the job description, and we will recommend), colour reference (swatch, Pantone or a photograph of the current uniform), logo files in vector format with placement notes, your size chart or a request to use ours, quantity per style with an estimated size split, and the delivery market with the date the garments must be issued. With that in hand, the first reply can carry tiered pricing per garment instead of a request for more information. Without it, expect one clarifying round — the worksheet exists to skip it.

Questions buyers ask
Can one custom program cover several garment types?
Yes — that is the point of this page. One fabric and colour standard, one logo standard, applied across the garments you nominate.
Do you develop fabric to a buyer specification?
Within the polyester/cotton family, yes: nominate composition and weight and we will confirm feasibility and price it into the quotation.
How are reorders kept consistent?
The approved fabric reference, colour standard, patterns and logo files are kept as the program record for that program, so repeat orders under it are produced against the same specification.
