The shirt is what customers, inspectors and cameras actually see, so it carries the program's colour and logo at eye level. Our work shirt range is built on two listed platforms — SHIRT-01 at 100 GSM and SHIRT-02 at 120 GSM — in long- and short-sleeve cuts, built to pair with the work pants ladder in work uniform sets.
Constructions in production
- SHIRT-01 — 80% polyester / 20% cotton at 100 GSM, the light uniform shirt platform.
- SHIRT-02 — 100% cotton at 120 GSM, for buyers who want an all-cotton shirt.
- TC 65/35 and CVC constructions — also in the fabric library for custom shirt programs; trade-offs are spelled out in the fabric guide.
- Long-sleeve and short-sleeve cuts on the same fabric and colour standard, so a program can issue both seasonally without re-approving colour.
Buyers shop this category by garment terms — uniform shirts, long-sleeve work shirts — and the shirt is usually the first garment in a set to be sampled. We keep the two listed platforms deliberately narrow — two proven cuts, fully graded size runs, stable fabric — instead of a rotating fashion range.
From plain shirts to custom shirts
Plain program shirts are the base layer of the range. When the order needs embroidered logos, buyer-specific collars, colours or packaging, the work moves to custom work shirts — our core customisation page and the commercial centre of this site. Both pages draw on the same fabric library; minimums for listed platforms and custom builds alike are confirmed per style at quotation. The difference is specification depth.
Sizing discipline matters more on shirts than any other garment — see the workwear sizing guide for collar, chest and sleeve grading notes before you fix a size split. Samples in 7 days — order a shirt sample in your program colour.
Collar, cuff and pocket specification options
The shirt platforms carry a structured fused collar that survives industrial washing without curling — the detail that most visibly ages a cheap uniform shirt. Options across the platforms include button-down or classic collars, single or double chest pockets (with pen division), epaulettes for service uniforms, and cuff styles matched between long- and short-sleeve issues. Name and logo embroidery positions are standardised per platform so the custom work shirts program inherits fixed placements instead of re-deciding them per order. Colour range follows the program library — core uniform colours are held as running standards, and buyer-specific colours are dyed to reference on custom orders.

Questions buyers ask
What fabrics are work shirts made in?
The listed platforms are SHIRT-01 (80% polyester / 20% cotton, 100 GSM) and SHIRT-02 (100% cotton, 120 GSM). TC 65/35 and CVC constructions are also available from the fabric library for custom programs.
Can long- and short-sleeve shirts share one colour standard?
Yes — both cuts are produced from the same fabric family and colour standard so seasonal issues match.
What is the difference between this page and custom work shirts?
This page covers the standard shirt platforms. Logo embroidery, buyer-specific colours and packaging are specified on the custom work shirts page.
