Coveralls are the simplest uniform decision a plant can make: one garment, no matching, complete coverage. They are also the garment where cheap construction shows fastest — a weak front closure or a seat seam that splits ends the garment's life regardless of fabric quality. Our coverall platform concentrates on those failure points.

The platform

The production platform (JUMPSUIT) is a TC 65/35 twill at 200 GSM — heavy enough for workshop and plant duty, light enough for a full-shift garment in warm buildings. Construction points: two-way front closure options, elasticated back waist for movement, chest and rule pockets, and bar-tacked stress points at pocket corners and the seat. Coverall minimums are confirmed per style at quotation, and production runs in program colours matched to the wider work uniforms set for sites that issue coveralls alongside two-piece uniforms.

Where coveralls fit

Coveralls anchor the workwear range for maintenance shops, food-adjacent plants (paired with site hygiene rules), cleaning contractors and agricultural crews. Buyers comparing one-piece against two-piece issue should read the seasonal logic in summer vs winter workwear — in hot climates a two-piece work shirts + work pants set often wins on heat, while coveralls win on coverage and issue simplicity.

Sizing for one-piece garments is its own discipline (torso length matters as much as chest): the workwear sizing guide covers the extra measurement. Custom colours, logos and packaging run through custom workwear. Samples in 7 days — request a coverall sample in your size run.

Closures and access options

Front closure is the coverall decision buyers feel daily: two-way zips for speed of dressing, stud fronts where zips are a snag or spark concern in the buyer's environment, and combinations (zip under a stud flap) where both apply. Access slits to reach under-layer pockets, action-back pleats for reach, and elasticated or adjustable cuffs are platform options worth naming in the inquiry — they are cheap at specification stage and impossible afterwards. Where coveralls are issued over personal clothing (contractor sites), the size split should run one grade more generous than the two-piece equivalent; the sizing guide covers the allowance.
