A work jacket has to do three jobs at once: protect the uniform under it, carry the company's identity at the distance a jacket is actually seen from, and survive the same wash cycle as the rest of the set. Our jacket range is specified as the outer layer of the work uniforms program — same colour standards, same logo rules, heavier cloth.
The jacket platform
The core style (JACKET-02) is a TC 65/35 shell at 260 GSM with 180 GSM Oxford reinforcement panels — the Oxford sits where bags, straps and seatbelts rub. A padded parka platform in an Oxford shell covers cold-climate issue. For milder weather and indoor-outdoor crews, the work vest platforms (WORK VEST-01 / -02) give a sleeveless layer that still carries branding.
Seasonal planning
Jackets are the garment most often ordered too late. Bulk production takes 35 days in China or 90–120 days in Myanmar before freight, so a winter jacket program needs to be confirmed a season ahead — the summer vs winter workwear guide walks through the ordering calendar we recommend to distributors. Jackets pair with the work pants ladder and the coveralls range to complete a cold-weather set.
Branding at jacket scale
Back and chest embroidery is sized up for outerwear — our embroidery vs printing comparison covers why embroidery is the default on shells that get washed less but seen more. Jacket minimums are confirmed per style at quotation, samples in 7 days — send your jacket spec for a quote.
Closures, linings and options
The jacket platforms close with heavy-duty front zips or button fronts to buyer preference, with storm flaps where the climate justifies them. Linings are specified per climate band: unlined shells for mild regions, quilted options on the parka platform for cold issue. Cuffs and hems adjust (tab or elastic) so the jacket layers over the uniform beneath without binding at the shoulder — the fit check that matters is reach, performed in the sample with arms forward, as the sizing guide describes. Reflective tape placement can be added to the shell where a buyer's safety standard calls for it; hi-vis certified programs are a separate, dedicated range and are quoted as such.

Questions buyers ask
Can the jacket match our summer uniform colour exactly?
Yes. Jackets are produced to the same program colour standard; the shell fabric is checked against the shirt and trouser standards before cutting.
When should we order winter jackets?
Allow production (35 days China / 90–120 days Myanmar) plus freight — confirm winter programs one season ahead. The summer vs winter guide on our blog has the full calendar.
Are vests available instead of full jackets?
Yes — two vest platforms are in production for milder climates and indoor-outdoor crews.
