Corporate workwear fails quietly: three sites order from three suppliers, the navy is three different navies, and the logo migrates two centimetres a year. This page exists for the buyer whose job is to stop that drift — one factory record for fabric, colour, logo and sizing, applied to every site and every reorder.

What a corporate program locks down

Rollout mechanics

Programs typically start with the highest-visibility garments (shirts and jackets), extend to trousers and coveralls, and phase sites in over one or two seasons. Seasonal garments follow the calendar in summer vs winter workwear. The underlying specification work — fabrics, colours, construction — is the custom workwear service; this page is its multi-site, multi-year form, supplied as part of the wider work uniforms program.

Terms

Program minimums are confirmed per style at quotation (styles combine across sites in one program order), samples in 7 days, bulk 35 days in China or 90–120 days in Myanmar excluding freight. The group's integrated fabric-to-garment chain and its Yangon factory (5 million garments produced in 2022) sit behind the capacity claims — details on the workwear manufacturer page. Describe your sites and headcount for a program proposal.

Governance: approvals and change control

Corporate programs live or die on change control. The working pattern we recommend: a named approver on the buyer side signs off the artwork approval, the physical sample and the size chart; any later change (a rebrand, a colour refresh, a new garment joining the set) enters as a versioned amendment to the program record, sampled before it is bulk-produced, so sites never receive a silent variation. Rebrands deserve special care — a logo change mid-program strands old-issue stock, and the phase-out plan (which garments change first, what happens to serviceable old stock) should be agreed before the new embroidery file is digitised. We will flag it if your timeline implies that problem; it is cheaper discussed than discovered.

Questions buyers ask

Can different sites order at different times under one program?

Yes. The program record holds the standards; each site order is produced against it, so timing can differ without specification drift.

We already have a spec from a previous supplier — can you adopt it?

Yes. Send the spec sheet, a swatch or a physical sample and the program is rebuilt against it, then held as your record.

How do we control cost across a multi-year program?

By fixing the specification and tracking cost per wearer per year — the method is detailed in the program cost guide on our blog.
